The Independent Games Festival is almost upon us now, and so one of the largest sponsors of the event has announced its own awards to be given out at the event. That sponser is Wizards of the Coast, who yesterday announced the finalists for thier award, named the Gleemie after thier social network Gleemax. Three winners will be choosen from among the seven finalists (1st: 5,000$ 2nd: 3,000$ and 3rd: 2,000$). The IGF will take place next week during the Game Developer Conference (Febuary 18-22). The finalists for the award are as follows:
